The group, some nicely dressed by Buck’s explosive, regroup after investigating the assassination site, everyone except Vinthill, who was too good at digging his own grave and left to make sure he wouldn’t get intertwined with the Buck/ Ion fiasco.
The group start talking about about the positive and negative affect of their situation. After discovering that Ion was indebted to Vinthill’s mafia, the Gob Gang, the situation seems tricky to navigate. Andruis is not interested in getting tangled up with the mafia. In the same light Stafro strongly objects going further and insists that he’s not progressing in helping Ion. Walter and Jaduka think of contacting Buck and possibly trading a favor to him in order to get a net zero in favors gained while not getting majorly integrated in the story and dance around Ion and the mafia.
Returning to the mansion Jaduka and friends enter Morty’s shop in order to do a quick browse. Entering Elidas and Morty are no where to be found and a door on top of a staircase is open. A few minutes later Morty arrives and explains that the room is only but a guest house while eyeing the scroll in Jaduka’s hands. they head over to pay while Stafro head to inspect the quest house, when he enters he sees… a normal quest house, he swiftly leaves but adds a,
« Wow. », on the way out.
Meanwhile Jaduka tries to haggle with Morty which semi-works and gets a scroll for 300g and a magic trick (He flexes his guitar). After, he also tries to get a favor from Morty to help him in his show that afternoon. Morty doesn’t seem convinced at first, he wants something that he’s never seen he doesn’t want Stafro’s orb, or Jaduka’s wisdom, and he doesn’t even want Vinthill’s acid. An idea pops in the Vinthill’s head, something they don’t need anymore… Alkmene. He points towards Bibil and gives Morty the deal of a lifetime.
« Bibil show him a magic trick! »
The group followed by a concerned Morty goes to the guest house and Bibil plops Alkmene down Infront of Morty.
